Return Policy

Bullion related products:

There is NO RETURN privilege on any bullion coin - silver or gold. All bullion may be offered for buy back at current buy prices.

Coin Sales Only:

Coin refers to all coin, paper money, proof sets, mint sets etc.. You have a seven (7) day return privilege from the day you receive your coin/s. Postage, insurances and handling is to be paid by you. COINS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL HOLDER AND NOT OPENED OR TAMPERED WITH. Sealed Mint products must remain original sealed and in good condition. Any Coin, Currency or Mint product that has been removed from its original holder is considered sold. Upon expiration of seven (7) days, all rights of return shall expire and no return will be accepted. Buyers who excessively return coins, may result in having their account canceled at Mid-Michigan Coin and Jewelry's sole discretion. The buyer will be notified with a warning prior to account being canceled. Once we receive return back and inspect for resell-able condition, a refund will be provided for the original purchase price less shipping charge.

Merchandise Sales Only:

You have thirty (30) days to return merchandise, excludes Coins, see above for Coin Sale returns. All returned items MUST be returned prepaid in their original packaging, undamaged to receive a refund. Please note we DO NOT accept returns on any publication material. Merchandise MUST be in resell-able condition or there will be a 15% restocking charge deducted from any adjustment given. After thirty (30) days, manufacturer defects must be taken up with product manufacturer. Once we receive return back and inspect for resell-able condition, a refund will be provided for the original purchase price less shipping charge.

Damaged Orders:

Your order will be shipped to the address designated by you the purchaser / customer as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of such items from the carrier.

All purchases are securely wrapped and placed in a shipping parcel along with packing material if necessary to reduce shifting during shipping. Our return address on package does not give any indication of the valuable contents of that package. All packages are sent out insured. Please understand that the insurance policy only extends to the package in transit. Once the carrier obtains signature or completes the delivery confirmation, our coverage ceases. We will not be responsible if customer has left instructions with any carrier or delivery service to leave package unattended for customer without the need for a signature or if customer has given any carrier or delivery service instructions to forward their package or leave their package with a third party. Any issues with a shipment MUST be reported within three(3) business days of the anticipated delivery date. While we will make reasonable efforts to locate the package, we will not be held liable for packages lost in transit without notice within three(3) days of the anticipated delivery date. Customer will be solely responsible for any package, along with the contents and monetary value thereof, that are lost in transit without notification to us within three(3) days of the anticipated delivery date. Within the three(3) days of notifying us, Mid-Michigan Coin and Jewelry assumes responsibility to pursue any claim with the insurance company, provided customer agrees to cooperate with us in filing a claim for damaged/lost merchandise in any manner we may reasonably request, including the signing of an Affidavit stating the circumstances surrounding the damage/lost merchandise. If we determine the package is damaged/lost, we will file a claim. Once filed, Mid-Michigan Coin and Jewelry reserve the right to re-ship customers purchase or refund customers money at our discretion. We will not be responsible for reimbursements or insurance claims on packages that are successfully delivered as addressed. Our liability and insurance ceases the moment the package is signed for or delivered at the specified address. Any issues with a shipment MUST be reported within two(2) business days of successful deliver, after the two(2) days Mid-Michigan Coin and Jewelry has the right to refute any claims.

The products/materials contained in this website have been check for accuracy. However, all products/materials are provided without any express or implied warranties. Mid-Michigan Coin and Jewelry, LLC. assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the products/materials. Further, Mid-Michigan Coin and Jewelry, LLC shall not be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages resulting from any use or performance of, or content errors or omissions in products/materials, even if notified in advance of the potential damages. All users of the products/materials agree that access to and use of the products/materials is subject to the terms and conditions stated in this notice as well as all applicable laws, and such access and use is at the users own risk.

Clearance and Closeout Merchandise:   

All sales are final and items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. Merchandise is sold AS-IS.

Follow the steps below when returning your purchase:

  1. Notify us of the return at:  midmichigancoinandjewelry@gmail.com or call 989-652-6467. Please include order number and brief message.
  2. On your invoice that was in your package, at the bottom is a "Return Slip". Please fill this out along with a Return Authorization number (RA#) you have received from us.
  3. Insure your package. Items returned remain your responsibility until the package is received by us in good condition.
