1963 Mint Set
The coins in the 1963 Mint Sets were Uncirculated pieces pulled from regular production runs, thus the quality of the individual coins varies wildly from set to set and even within a set.
10 pc set From both the Philadelphia and Denver Mint. Containing 6 coins struck in 90% silver (Half, Quarter and Dime).
Mintage: 606,612 sets
Original packaging: Cellophane packaging, similar to Proof Sets. The five coins from the Philadelphia Mint were placed in individual compartments in one cellophane pack; the five coins from the Denver Mint were placed in another. The two cellophane packs were inserted, along with a card, into a mailing envelope for shipment to customers.
